Our strategy consists of exclusively targeting established lower-middle market acquisition opportunities that leverage our team's core operational competencies in distribution, logistics, and manufacturing. Leading Ridge does not look to financially engineer our portfolio companies to success. Rather, we empower management through supportive involvement to instill a sense of urgency and foster a culture of accelerated growth, helping portfolio companies embrace change and generate superior returns for our investors.

The Leading Ridge principals are operators at heart, with a track record of rapid yet managed growth. Having recently been in the owners' position as sellers, the Leading Ridge team is sensitive to the (often non-economic) needs and desires of business-owners. The team has experienced first-hand the human element associated with growth and wishes to serve as a true partner to our portfolio companies to implement successful strategies that harness and maximize the potential of people and their organizations.
